We collect the information you provide when using our tools. For visitors, this may include basic analytics and technical data (described below). For registered users and tool submissions, this includes your name, email address, age range, gender, city, dating app preference, relationship goals, and any text you provide (bios, prompts, messages, or descriptions of your photos). If you upload photos or screenshots for analysis, those images are also processed. We only collect what is needed to deliver the analysis or report you request.
Your information is used to generate and deliver your profile analysis, photo audit, prompt rewrite, conversation feedback, or compatibility report. We also use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand which tools and content are used so we can improve them. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your photos or text for advertising purposes.
To produce your analysis, the text and images you submit are sent to AI providers and processed on their infrastructure. Our AI providers include Anthropic (Claude models), used for text and profile analysis, and Google (Gemini models), used for per-photo analysis. These requests are routed through the Base44 platform. Your submissions are processed by these providers to generate your result. We do not use your submitted content to train AI models — our providers are invoked via API for inference only, and we have not enabled any training program on your data. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot verification, which processes a verification token and limited technical data.
Your account information and analysis results are stored in our database hosted on the Base44 platform. Uploaded photos and screenshots are stored in SwipeAuthority’s platform-managed file storage using non-predictable, system-generated identifiers, and are referenced by your submission records so your analysis can be generated and displayed to you. Access to stored files is controlled by the platform. We do not publish your uploaded photos for general public browsing. Some stateless tools (conversation, match, and messaging analyzers) do not store your submitted text at all — the text is used only to generate your in-session result and is not persisted.
Submission records and their analysis results (including photo audits, prompt rewrites, full profile rewrites, photo battles, and profile submissions) are retained for approximately 90 days after submission, after which they are automatically deleted by a scheduled cleanup process that runs daily. Uploaded files are managed by platform storage and are removed in the course of that cleanup. Stateless tool results (conversation, match, and messaging tools) are not stored. We retain limited, non-identifying analytics (tool usage counts and aggregate page views) and any payment records for as long as needed for accounting and security. If you delete your account, your submissions and results are removed as described below.
You can request deletion of your data at any time. Signed-in users can delete their account data directly from the Account page (“Delete my account and data”). This removes your submissions, analysis results, saved reports, dashboard data, and analytics, and cancels any active recurring subscription so you are not charged again. The deletion completes only when the full workflow succeeds; if any part fails we will tell you rather than claim success. Your authentication account is managed by our platform provider and may persist after data deletion — to remove it entirely, contact us. We retain payment and transaction records as needed for accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. SwipeAuthority does not store your full card numbers or payment-card details — Stripe handles that securely. We offer one-time purchases and a recurring monthly “SwipeAuthority Pro” membership. For the recurring membership, your card is charged automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Account page (which opens Stripe’s secure billing portal) and continue to use paid features until the end of your current billing period. One-time purchases do not renew. See our Terms of Service for refund details.
We use essential cookies required for the site to function (such as keeping you signed in). We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve our content; Google Analytics collects technical and usage information and may set its own cookies. We do not use analytics to identify individual users for advertising or to sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our AI tools do not use crisis-related submissions for analytics; if a safety concern is detected, no crisis text is logged or stored.
SwipeAuthority is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), bot verification, server-side validation, and access controls enforced on our backend. Sensitive operations — payments, data deletion, billing management, and AI processing — are enforced server-side; client-side restrictions are not relied upon for security.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
