By accessing or using SwipeAuthority, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
SwipeAuthority provides AI-powered dating profile review and optimization feedback. We offer profile audits, photo analysis, bio and prompt rewrites, photo-order recommendations, conversation and messaging feedback, and compatibility insights. All analysis is educational and advisory; it is not professional psychological, medical, or relationship counseling.
SwipeAuthority provides strategic profile feedback and recommendations. We do not guarantee increased matches, dates, or any specific dating outcomes. Results depend on many factors beyond profile optimization.
By uploading photos, screenshots, and text to SwipeAuthority, you confirm that you own or have permission to use these materials. You grant SwipeAuthority a limited license to use uploaded content solely for the purpose of generating your analysis. Submitted text and images are sent to our AI providers (including Anthropic and Google) for processing and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any third-party content (such as a match’s profile text) for analysis.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others, and not to use our tools to harass, stalk, or harm anyone. You must be at least 18 years old to use SwipeAuthority. Our safety tools are educational and non-diagnostic; they do not confirm that any person is a scammer, criminal, or unsafe.
We offer one-time purchases and a recurring monthly “SwipeAuthority Pro” membership. One-time purchases are charged once and do not renew. The Pro membership is a recurring subscription billed automatically each month until you cancel. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; SwipeAuthority does not store your full card details. The price and billing interval are shown on the pricing and checkout pages before you purchase.
If you purchase the recurring SwipeAuthority Pro membership, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page, which opens Stripe’s secure billing portal — no need to contact support. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your plan returns to the free tier. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry; if it ultimately fails, your plan will revert to free. One-time purchases cannot be “cancelled” because they do not renew.
Because our analysis is personalized and delivered immediately, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase. For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges; charges already made for a current period are generally non-refundable but may be reviewed case-by-case.
You can delete your account data from the Account page at any time. Deletion removes your submissions, results, and analytics, and cancels any active subscription. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is retained for accounting and legal reasons.
All content, branding, and materials on SwipeAuthority are our intellectual property. Your profile report is for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
SwipeAuthority is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our tools provide educational feedback, not professional advice.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of SwipeAuthority after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
